Names and Submission Review

We welcome disagreement, criticism, and ordinary swearing. Racist abuse, hate speech, targeted harassment, threats, and sexual content involving minors go against our Rules of Play and Guardian Ethics.

Choose Your Name

Your chosen gamer tag can appear with your contributions. Choose Anonymous to display your player number instead. Existing private choices remain private. Anonymous means hidden from other players; authorized project reviewers can still identify the account.

What We Check

Submitted names and written contributions are screened with OpenAI’s moderation service and reviewed where necessary. We send the submitted prose for screening, without attaching your account name, email, phone, or activity history. We do not capture typing before you submit. Passwords, verification codes, discovery answers, and private inquiry reasons are excluded. Private inquiry reasons remain with their authorized reviewers.

A flagged public submission is held back with an invitation to revise it. Private support requests, appeals, and Adventure text remain accessible to their authorized reviewers; a screening flag does not by itself block an appeal or establish wrongdoing. Ordinary fictional combat is not automatically treated as abuse.

Review and Repair

The first flag enters a private review queue. Five unresolved or confirmed flags within 30 days raise review priority. This alone causes no automatic ban, loss of Honor, or loss of Love/Light. Contact Support through Settings to explain context or appeal. Reviewers can clear an incorrect flag so you can submit the same text again.

Additional screening records include the decision, time, submission type, and account identifier. Flagged records also include the submitted text and review notes. These records are restricted to the project owner, expire after 90 days, and are deleted during the next cleanup. Approved screening records retain a fingerprint rather than another copy of your text. Content you intentionally submit to the website, including support messages and author-review packets, follows its own storage process.
